You can cancel an order right up to the cut-off time. This is 11am, two days before the collection is due.
To cancel your order:
- Log in to your customer account
- Go to 'My Orders'
- Select 'cancel order' and confirm 'Yes, Cancel Order'
A refund email will be sent automatically once the order has been cancelled.
Please note, we always use fresh ingredients that will be ordered specifically to prepare your food. For this reason, and to prevent waste, we are not able to cancel orders after the cut-off has passed, and same-day orders.
