You can cancel an order right up to the cut-off time. This is 11am, two days before the delivery is due


To cancel your order:

  • Log in to your customer account
  • Go to 'My Orders' 
  • Select your order and click 'cancel'.


A refund email will be issued automatically once the order has been cancelled.


Please note, we always use fresh ingredients that will be ordered specifically to prepare your food. For this reason, and to prevent waste, we are not able to cancel orders after the cut-off has passed.  If you can't see the cancelling button, it means you've missed the cut-off.
