We will only be able to attempt the delivery once. If you are not home our driver will return the food to the bakery it was prepared at. You can come to the bakery to collect the food, on the same day. We won't be able to offer a refund for any items that are no longer safe for consumption.
If you didn't collect your order we won't be able to refund it. Our surplus food is donated to local charities and hospitals.
