1. Expiration Date: Please ensure that your gift card is still within the valid period. Our gift cards are usually valid for two years after they are issued. If your gift card has expired, unfortunately, it will no longer be usable.
2. Correct Input: Double-check that you have entered the full digits of your gift card without any gaps or additional symbols (e.g. dashes). Sometimes, simple errors in inputting the card number can cause it to appear as if the card is not working.
