Our dairy milk is not organic. We’re proud to partner with Brades Farm – a small family run farm in Lancaster – who share a similar ethos to us in the treatment of animals, quality of product and sustainability. At GAIL’s we are committed to quality and ethical/sustainable sourcing methods, full traceability and high transparency with partners at origin.
Our milk is non-homogenised milk, from Jersey and Holstein-Fresian cows that are free to roam all year long.
