Unfortunately, is no longer possible to redeem a fully-stamped paper card.
We started our digital loyalty program in April 2023 and found that many customers didn't have the opportunity to redeem their old paper cards, so we decided to have a five-month grace period. This was communicated through clear signage in our bakeries and via email newsletter (for customers that opted-in).
