You should be able to access your QR code offline to collect stamps if there are any network issues that may be preventing your app from loading. If you can't access your QR code offline, please download the latest version of the GAIL's app. Additionally, you can add your QR to your phone's wallet.
We are sorry if none of these solutions worked. Please ask the team for a receipt and our Customer Experience Team will add the stamp retrospectively.
To request a stamp, please go back to the main menu of this chat and select the 'Loyalty App' topic. Follow the instructions to request a stamp. You will need a copy of the receipt or a proof of purchase, such as a screenshot from your banking app (please make sure to cover any confidential data.)
