Our food and drinks are made by hand in our bakeries. We use many ingredients and shared equipment, therefore we cannot guarantee our food and drinks are free from allergens. 


We do offer a special exception with our Gluten Free Sourdough, which is fully crafted and pre-wrapped in our central bakery, before being delivered to your local GAIL's, to ensure it is free from gluten contamination.
