If you need a refund for an order made in our bakery, please note that refunds can only be processed at the bakery.


Our Customer Experience Team will be able to assist with refunds for online orders, such as click & collect, home or office delivery, and loyalty app orders. Deliveroo refunds are managed directly by Deliveroo.


Refunds can take up to five working days, but this time can vary slightly depending on your bank. Please allow at least five working days before contacting our team.
