You can check the balance of your gift card at any of our bakeries. Simply ask a member of the team, and they will be happy to help. They can also print a till receipt showing your remaining balance.
If you are not able to visit a bakery, there is a handy workaround. You can check your balance through the GAIL’s Loyalty App or on our website at www.gails.com. Just add items to your basket and enter your gift card number at checkout.
