Your pre-order is specially prepared just for you. Our bakers cannot put pre-ordered items on display. Because of this, and to help reduce food waste, we are unable to remake your order or offer a refund if it is not collected.
Please note we do not keep food overnight in our bakeries. Any uncollected orders that contain non-high-risk items are donated to our charity partners at the end of the day.
